We are primarily a night time venue and over the last 5 years we have been sharing the use of our fully equipped production kitchen with other companies in the morning and daytime. Until 2020 we shared the space with our fantastic friends at the renowned restaurant Capitol.
We need to find some new flatties! The kitchen is empty in the mornings so someone who is up early and is done by noon would be ideal. It’s an arrangement that is perfectly suited to Bakeries, Breakfast companies, coffee houses and food production for retail, to name a few.
Please spread the word in the community as we are under extreme time pressure to find someone to share with. We want Boquita to stick around at Kent Terrace for a long time. If there is a company out there who might be a great fit, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Those of you who have eaten with us will know that the restaurant is truly a labour of love. We care for our flavourful food and delicious hand-pressed tacos, for our ethical and plant-based ingredients, and for the wellbeing of our team with a complete commitment to living wage. We have so many good things in the works for the next couple of months – food festivals, Open Mic nights, performances, workshops and exhibitions. The Boquita team have worked super hard though the Pandemic to keep things going and we believe the best is yet to come.
